Reservations are partially made after receiving a deposit voucher from the customer. All reservations will be guaranteed once we confirm that the funds reached our bank account.
Our prices are maintained all-year round and will be reevaluated every year. We maintain very competitive prices. All prices include operation costs.
Manu
Individuals travelers and/or couples and small groups who wish to sign up may do so on any of the published fixed departure schedules. The minimum group size for Cultural Zone programs is 3 people.
Group Bookings for Reserved Zone: The minimum group size is 6 people
- Each request will be answered in writing or by e-mail or fax within 24 hours with the confirmation code, or it will be placed on the waiting list according to availability.
- Should we receive an application for a single room, Manu will not be able to confirm your reservation unless such service is available.
- In case of late bookings and/or the person arriving in Cusco the same day as the start of the journey, coordination should be made with our reservations department to ensure compliance of the service and the reservation must be paid using any of the payment methods mentioned above or in cash.
Tambopata
Individual reservations and / or couples: A minimum of 3 people is required for the following programs: TEA1, TEA2, TEA3, TEA4, TEA6 And TEA7.
For programs TEA5 and TEA8 (with Macaw Clay Lick) the minimum is 8 passengers. Reservations will be put on a waiting list if they do not reach that minimum.
Group bookings: The minimum group size is 6 people.
- Each request will be answered in writing either by mail or fax within 24 hours with the confirmation code, or be placed on the waiting list according to availability.
- Should we receive an application for single room, Nai-Meci can not ensure such service unless there is availability or alternatively unless the passenger wants to make additional payment of 65% for the total amount of a tour package.
- For last minute reservations and / or late passenger arrivals at Puerto Maldonado on the day of tour of the journey, coordination should be made with our reservations department to ensure compliance of the service and the reservation must be paid using any of the payment methods mentioned above or in cash before the start of the trip.
Children
Children from 0 to 4 years may be brought free of charge.
Children under 12 years of age are sometimes subject to discounts. Please let us know when a party will include children below this age.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes complete responsibility for them. Children over 18 are charged full cost.
BOOKING RECONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Individual reservations and / or couples, should be reconfirmed at least seven (07) days in advance to avoid being canceled automatically by our system. Similarly, a pre-payment of 100% of the cost must be done at least 1 week before the start of services. Payment proof must be sent via fax to + 51 – 84 – 225562 or scanned and sent to our e-mail.
Group Bookings: Re-confirmation can happen up to 20 days before start date. Please attach a preliminary rooming list and send it to our reservations department with 50% prepayment, which shall be executed not short after. Payment proof (a deposit voucher) must be sent via fax to +51 -84 – 225562
The final rooming list must be sent to our reservations department 7 days before arrival. Any pending balance should be paid not short after and payment proof must be sent via fax to + 51 – 84 – 225562
If we do not receive the required information, we reserve the right to cancel their reservations.
INSURANCE
We recommend using travel and Medical Insurance Plan around you trip to the Jungle for your safety. We do not provide or include accident or travel insurance policy in our costs.
Insurance in Peru can be purchased with local and international insurance companies based in Lima. We prefer not to become involved in providing this service because it is easier to acquire in their country of origin. If a group member gets sick or becomes disabled we will arrange for a qualified doctor to see him/her, but costs must be borne by the client, including medication and hospitalization if necessary. In case of accident and / or emergency evacuation, all expenses will be covered by the customer.
CHANGES IN TOURS & SERVICES
In case there are any circumstances beyond our control, and as long as we deem it possible to meet the schedule offered, Amazon EcoLodges reserves the right to alter any itinerary should it be necessary to safeguard the interests of our customers.
Any additional costs incurred by schedule changes stemming from an express wish of the client will be paid by the client. All decisions regarding changes in the itinerary will be at the discretion of the guide.
The company shall not be made liable for a passenger’s illness; lost baggage, cost overruns, any accidental delays or cancellations made by airlines, transport strikes, natural disasters or any other circumstance that may cause an alteration in the itinerary.
In the case a group member misbehaves breaking safety rules, the guide will have all the authority to refuse to provide the services to that person, and that person will not have any right to claim a reimbursement or prepaid tour.

Copies of the deposit voucher being sent must include the following information:
- Travel Agency Name
- Name of passenger or corresponding group name
- Booking Code
- Date of entry and exit
CANCELLATIONS
Individual Reservations: Cancellations will be accepted up to 07 days before the reservation date to avoid penalty of 100% of the total cost. Cancellations made between 06 days and the day of arrival are considered a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Group Bookings: Cancellations will be accepted up to 10 days before the reservation date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the cost. Cancellations made between 09 days and the day of arrival will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of the reservation.
